For a small fee, all our Jeanette Maree range of wedding shoes can be ordered in a variety of 15 colours or have custom heel heights to suit your needs.

We will happily offer a refund or exchange on unworn, unused, undamaged items purchased at full price within 14 days of purchase date or delivery.
Any refund will be less the original shipping cost to Jeanette Maree ($15 within Australia and $25 internationally).

We are happy to carry out repairs free of charge provided the item is returned within 3 months of the purchase date and deemed a manufacturing fault, not due to wear.
